Audience
Listener warmth: hot = ≥5 plays or ≥3 active days;
warm = ≥2 plays or ≥2 active days;
cold = single-listen / one-day visitors.
Returning = same visitor active on 2+ distinct UTC days in the selected range.
Top countries
Place warmth: hot if returning rate ≥25% or avg listens/listener ≥3; warm if ≥10% or ≥1.5 avg listens.
City/region come from API-side IP geolocation (see docs/analytics-geo.md). Older events may be country-only.
Top cities
Cities with fewer than 2 unique visitors are marked low-confidence (IP geo can be noisy).
Per track
Plays, how often a listen reached the end (capped at 100%), sampled average progress (from ~15s heartbeats), and shares. Complete % can look inflated in older data when auto-advance/next/prev did not record a matching play start.
